Style Breakdown: IN THE CLOSET

This is a classic scenario, we have all done it, stood infront of our closet saying to ourselves "man, I don't have anything to wear..." Most of usually pine in two ways: 1.decide not to go where we planned on going for the night...
2. Go to the nearest store and buy an outfit.
Usually if your broke you do the prior, but today kiddies, Miss Jenius is going to school you how to turn your favorite outfit into many looks. Everyone has their own style from urban to chic, and you can push the envelope yet still maintain being conservative.I will give you some sample for men and women!

Ladies: oh mÝ lovely lady lumps, so let's use our famous little black dress. Let's say you have a favorite black dress like so...
1.Little Black Dress:

This is our black cocktail dress, we will use this little number usually to go out to a club or even a cocktail party. With the rouched sides and thin straps, you can wear this simple, long drape earrings, and stilettos. Not too much needs to be added here, because of the already configured detail, it can stay just as it is! We will use this dress as a catalyst for our outfits.
2.Daybreak

Now using the same dress we can tone it down with more relaxed pieces in our closet. The great part you can give a subtle sex appeal with out being too provacative, yet chill and comfortable. Here I took the same dress, added a short sleeved cropped mini jacket, with a urban buckle belt and black chain necklace. You can wear tights or not, flat shoes, or kitten heels. This is your "fit" for shopping, lunch with your boyfriend, or sociology 211.
3.Working Woman:

I love this look, because it shows a high fashion appeal with a buisness casual chic. I'm a firm believer in expressing yourself even in the most controlled enviroments. I believe in this ensemble using power colors such as blacks and blues, adding gold for acessories to add a touch of regal flare. I simply added a tapered blaZer and waist belt with gold accent.
4.Evening Vixen:

Their will come a time when your boyfriends job will have there annual dinner, and this will be the moment he gets to show you off to his friends. The last thing you want to do is appear frumpy, boring, and typical! You want to be remembered as the hot vogue girlfriend lol, anyway adding a satin blouse on top of your dress, with a broche will create this look. Tip: to make the dress look like a skirt, tie your blouse to the side, or add a belt ( depending on the blouse) or fold your blouses edge inside the shirt, or pin it to fit and add a belt over the fold.

These are just some ideas to make 4 outfits w/o having to buy clothes!
I will be back with my MALE Installment, dont worry fellas, I got ya too!!!
