Miss Kelly King, or I call Kelly Kels, is rocking the Houston (and national scene) with her ultimate PR TACTICS… of course being a fly fashionista, she is often underestimated, but don’t let this cholcate small bite fool you… her bite is mean, her game is tough, and she is the only damn person I know who can find the best knick knack bangles in the world… I mean that’s super fly when you can rock handcuff earrings that no one has even thought of yet!
